Our support plans include telephone access to our Hungarian and regional Technical Support organization and a variety of other support services. The level of support your business requires will determine the plan that best fits your needs. For customers using Sybase products in deployment, we offer Standard Plan and Enterprise Plan. Both plans are include Update Subscription Plan.

  • Update Subscription Plan: grants access to new product releases, maintenance updates and hot fixes. Doesn’t contain any direct support activity.
  • Standard Plan: This is an inclusive offering for companies that require high-quality support for critical issues locally (both Hungarian and English language available), and access to new releases and online support services in standard business hours (9 AM-5 PM).
  • Enterprise Plan: This is an inclusive offering for companies that require high-quality around-the-clock support for critical issues (only English language available), and access to new releases and online support services.
